Methodology PDFs and certificates

The free plan includes a downloadable methodology card with the calculation inputs, sources and assumptions. PDF certificates are a separate, plan-dependent output: they record a saved calculation or asset quantity, a frozen lifecycle breakdown and a unique number. A shared verification page confirms the stored record; it is not independent assurance of the estimate.

White-label

Output customisation depends on the available organisation settings and plan. The issued document identifies the organisation and retains its calculation provenance.

Corporate reporting exports

Select a reporting year for ESRS E1, GHG, CDP or unified exports. These outputs cover recorded IT assets and supported fields; they are inputs to a wider corporate report, not proof of complete compliance.

• Scope 3 separates categories 1/2, 4, 5, 11 and 12 using ownership purpose, capitalisation and lifecycle dates.
• Scope 2 covers estimated operational electricity for internally used devices during the reporting period.
• Documentation retains factor sources, accounting choices, omissions and limitations for review.

Verification pages

A publicly shared certificate can be opened at /verify/[number] without login. Private certificates require authorised access. The page identifies the recorded calculation and any explicit expiry; it does not certify independent verification.

Reading the dashboard

The dashboard separates full device lifecycle totals, corporate year emissions and potential scenario savings. Different boundaries intentionally produce different totals; compare the same assets, quantities and period.
